If your going with corys u will need sand or really fine rounded gravel... i would go for corys tho How about a Ram or somthing like that? If you want colour i mean. Mite be a bit small for a pair of rams or dwarf cichlid, think its 20 gallons for a pair.

The other thing you need to think about is if you have any fish already whose needs are not being met - e.g. schooling fish not in adequate schools- so if the new tank will be needed for those.
