I used First Bites by Hikari. I would also cut up some frozen bloodworm into very fine pieces.

Oh, and this was for my swordtail fry.

go easy on the liquifry -- it will pollute your tank. I agree with the chopped frozen bloodworm suggestion -- they are pretty inexpensive and most pet stores have them -- if you can't get those, try crushing some freeze dried ones.
