Just found babies in tank

I was vacuuming my tank when i noticed i tiny little baby fish swimming away, it didn't notice it right away because my tank was pretty dirty. Then i looked for more and there are so many. I had 3 parrot fish in the tank, i know which ones are the pair. I took the other one out of the tank. should i take the parents out also, the mother seems to be watching over them but i dont know if i should take her out. also there are babies in the bucket of the dirty water that i sucked out already. can i pour the water back in or will i damage the babies.

don't put the dirty water back in. just use a net to catch the babies and put them in the tank. sorry don't know much about parrot fish
