I came home today and my wife walked around for a few minutes then found she had one of my angelicus loach stuck to her foot? I think he jumped out while I was cleaning the tank last night. I checked all my water perimeters and everything seems fine. It was about a year old and has always been healthy. Has this happened to anyone else?

Not specifically with a loach but one of my silver dollars jumped out during a cleaning but I managed to put it back in straight away

Loach are known for jumping, they are escape artists, there is a thread on here where another guy lost his Loach, he found it under the cabinet of his tank.

I keep waiting to read where one jumped back in but as yet no such luck lol.

certain types of fish are prone to be "jumpers", loaches are one of them along with tinfoil barbs, bala sharks, silver dollars just to name a few, i make sure to keep a VERY tight fitting cover on my tinfoil barb tank, or i would be finding them on the floor regularily,

I have lined the inside of my tank lid with spikes. Natural selection FTW.
