Jeyes Kleen Off Ammonia - Is This The One 9.5% ?

Just arrived after ordering online
 
On the bottle is says......Ammonia Multi-purpose household cleaner.
No info on the bottle regarding % but it doesn't have any additives.
 
on the website www.ukconsumerinfo.com it lists the product as Ammonium Hydroxide.
 
Is this good to cycle my tank ?

When I bought a bottle a few years ago I emailed the company to ask. They said it was pure ammonium hydroxide, therefore suitable for cycling, and 9.5%. Since I got my bottle a while ago, it might be an idea to email them to check the strength. There is a 'contact us' on the website you looked at.

. I was in the process of mailing them but just looked on some other forums. 
 
They are in agreement with Fish crazy. Gonna double check my dosage on this forums calculator and away to go.
 
My water is really cloudy but hopefully once the cycle starts this will clear up.
