jewel eggs!again!

Hi everyone

its been 19 days since the last batch of eggs hatched and my jewels are at it again.
well atleast i know ive been doing something right

well here are the eggs

How are the other group of fry doing ?


Maybe you could let the parents raise up these guys after they hatch , if you do keep an eye on the male , I.M.E with jewels they make great parents , working together to guard the eggs .
Once the eggs hatched my males always took over looking after the fry , and in some cases beat the females to death .

I could never find much of a market for the fry , always ended up giving the away


While spawning they are IMO the most beautiful fish , I keep Big Red around , he's laid out 2 mates , by himself he's really a calm fish , but if I put a female in ........he's a menace . I'm trying to get "Dwarfs" to put him in with Sonny and little Mo's gang , but he isn't bitting .


They will do it over and over again , my friend .
