the jewels are egg layers......
the colour on the jewels can help sex them the males aint always more vibrant in colour my female has the full red colour and my male is very pale the males also have a black spot on the middle of their body as well their tail is more of a triangle shape where the females tail is rounded have alook at my post of my jewels and their babies and u will see what i mean but from what i can see of ur pics u have 2 males.
jewels are like rabbits of the fish world they are very easy to breed and some like mine prefer to lay their eggs on a rock

or if u have a spare tank get 2 females and seperate into pairs more fun with 2 pairs lol

As long as there are enough caves, you will be fine with 2 breeding pairs.
