Would a JD mix ok with texas? (Herichthys carpintis) I keep finding conflicting info, I have been offered a swap for some Elltioti but unsure if it would be ok.

In most cases yes they should be ok, although you can sometimes get the odd timid JD (like mine) that might constantly hide away if the Texas is too boisterous
