I am after some more live plants for my couple of tanks and so is my girlfriend, when i was just browsing the net seen as though my lfs had a poor selection today. I found a website called Java-plants dot com and found they have deals and collections with various offerings for unbelievable prices.

My question is, has anybody had any expirience with these guys as there is one review I have read on their site and they seem to have nothing but decent and a few honest but expected truths.

Thanks
Paul

plantsalive are much better in my experiance

never heard of them before. Ive ordered from plantsalive mentioned above but they need serious rinsing if you have inverts in the tank. there is a list of sources for plants in PARC i believe

A good site that I've recently come across and will be purchasing from soon is plantedtanks.co.uk. They have a great selection of plants at a good price.

as for java-plants.com and plants alive, I've heard good and bad things about both.

cheers :good:

I got the fish house selection from java plants back in 2005 there was a good selection but it also included some crappy bog plants (which lfs also sell as aquatic) like the mondo grass and some stardust ivy and other rubbish which went straight in the bin, i had so many plants and only about 5 tanks at the time to split them between so it was good value. They were all healthy and well packaged and i would use them again if i could chose individual plants. :D
