What is the best way to go about attaching java moss onto things? I've heard fishing line, thread and hair nets. But doesn't this look atrocious until the moss grows out? Is there another way to do or do I have to look at it until the moss grows? I currently have a medium ball of java moss or clump i should say that's just chilling in a corner. I want to attach it to a piece of driftwood. (vertical kind of shaped like a stump) would i have to just tie it on and deal with it being ugly? also how thick should the tied down moss be?

The moss will look terrible until it's grown through no matter how its tied down because it's applied pretty thin and just looks like lots of green hairs.

First stop: http://www.fishforums.net/index.php?showtopic=296418 The parc, as shown in the stickies.
In which you would have found this: http://www.fishforums.net/index.php?showto...101806&st=0

As you can see the fishing line isn't what makes it look bad, it's just the moss itself. Once it's grown it looks nice though and as you can see in the guide it grows pretty fast.
