Java Moss

Ok! I must be doing something wrong I have put Java Moss in my tank and tried to tie it down with fishing tackle, WELL Mr Pleg and Cory's keep pulling it off,

do any of you have any good ideas on keeping this stuff tied to a surface

hmm maybe really really really wide hairnet or tying it better (meaning more loops around the object you are tying the moss to)

haha, I just had the same thing with tied down Riccia. My Cories absolutely demolished it.

The only way to stop this was to put the slate (or whatever it's attached to) up higher. Mines now sitting on some Mopani and is untouched where as on the Sand they caused a right mess.

ok cheers for this, I'll try more tackle or maybe some fine netting, just don't wonna catch any fish with it, these little monkeys go diggin around and get in all kinds of mess

why did i never think of tying the riccia higher up the drifwood!?!!?!?

thats a good idea KentBlokey, my rams always rip all the newly growing riccia attached to stones, il tie them higher and hope they dont think that the riccia is still fish food.
