Ok i have a group of panda corys, they love to spawn in Java moss, just a big tennis ball size clump. The problem is that the strands of moss tend to drift and can get caught in my internal filter blocking it up. Is there anyway to keep it loose in the tank?

Any suggestions?

you could try tieing it with a piece of fishing string or as i have notice wont decay or shred apart is flossing string, just to keep it from floating away

thats what i would do but i bet more members have more creative ways on doing this lol

I've heard of a few ways to tie it down. one way is simply using simple sewing thread and tying it to wood or a rock of some sort. hair nets have been used too. best bet would be check the sticky at the top of this section on the stuff.
