Java Fern Care

I was researching the care of java ferns and I have found mixed results and a few questions

Do they need fertiliser? (Any recommendations)
I have a 25watt freshwater led light, will this be ok ?
Will shrimp eat them?

They will benefit from a general fertiliser. (e.g. Flourish comprehensive, Easylife Profito or many others)
They should be fine with low light - how big is the tank?
No shrimp will not eat them.

Thanks it's a 100litre tank it's 70cm long 35cm wide and 45 cm high (water is only filled up to 40cm high though to leave me 5cm of overflow)
