Japonica Shrimp Dead Or Shed?

Hello.
I have had my tank for about 5 weeks now. Today i did a water change. i Have 2 Japonica Shrimp, but about an hour after the water change i saw a little yellowey white shrimp shaped body on the bottom. Is this a dead shrimp or just a shedding?
I would post a pic but it wont let me lol.

Sounds like the shedding to me.

If it is hollow its the shedding, if it turns pink its a dead shrimp.

[Edit] Damn not hollow. Is it possible that this happened because of a partial water change? And if so would it happen again if i got more shrimp? Also Would the ither one be dead aswell, because if it is then i'll have to go lookin for it lol. Well thanks for the advice anyways

[Edid] Haha it seems i have been badly mistaken, it was a shedding i have just seen one of the shrimp. But thanks for the help anyaways
