Hey not sure if he's been munching it or caught it [only got silk plants, so probably not]
It's not too bad [see pic] but still would like some input as to what I could do to help him, thanks

I've not used it before [no need to luckily!] - is there anything in addition I should do?

not 100 per cent sure but i know that i read on the back of one of the bottle that it helps repair fins and promote regrowth of damaged finsWill have a look and see which one does it

melafix......yep add it according to your tank size, over a 5 day period, this will keep him from getting the wounded fins infected, do a good water change before hand, keep water changes up to increase his growth rate in the repairs of his fins and feed him a very small amount of live food to help him as well.

If he does turn out to be a tail biter you will need to do some thing to keep him occupied like put him next to another males tank and change who you have next to him every now and then or put a female next to him. But lets hope he isn't ay after all he has such a beautifal tail

if you use melafix use half the dose with bettas
