His fins are looking tattered and going grey in patches.
Today i added Interpet Finrot No 8, since then he has been very Lethargic and just sat at the bottom front corner, looking sorry for himself.
He ate fine earlier.
Is he ok? Stats were 0 - 0 this am

Be careful, most medicines (including the one you used) can deplete the oxygen levels in the water. Make sure your tank is getting plenty of surface agitation and he can get to the surface to breathe easily.

i have up'd the output on the filter outlet and i have the airstone on.there is plenty of Oxygen.
His top fin has now kinda folded up (bit like when things shrink when burnt) so i'm thinking he may have trouble swimming or it takes it outta him.
I fully expected to lose him overnight..but he's still in the bottom corner. I did a big W/C today (90%). which thinking about it has probably diluted all the meds anyway..not sure whether to redose with this...or try something else if it isnt agreeing with him.???

please advise! xx

At least it's good that he's eaten recently. Some people suggest salt for fin rot, never tried it myself though and I don't know how beneficial it actually is.
An idea might be to actually turn the filter flow down to encourage him to swim. If it's on particularly high, he may feel discouraged to swim if the flow is higher than usual, with his fins being in a mess (probably quite painful, too). Only thing with this, however, is that the glowlights mentioned in your sig need the oxygen exchange - any chance of being able to separate him for a while?

well i have my eye on a small tank suitable for a lonesome Betta..... :look: So maybe?
He seems to be a bit more lively today, but still has the grey patches on his fins.
