I am looking into getting an aggressive fish for a 30 gallon tank. I want something that will fit in this tank, and be aggressive. I would like to feed it feeder gold fish. I am just starting to look into this and see what I can get. Any personal preferences are welcome. Pictures of what I should get. I would just like to get all your feed back. Thanks. I am just starting to resurce these kind of fish. I would just like to have an aggressive fish

firstly a jack dempsey will not fit into a 30 gallon, it needs a 55 gallon minimun. you could look into getting a green snakehead or about 15 exedons (like mini parahna) i dont know about a goldfish but theyll eat smaller fish like minnows and the average comunitly fish with ease. the exedons would probably eat the goldy but it will be in pieces and just plainly ripped to shreds (not nice). id go with the snakeheads.

UMMM the US has problems with snakeheads, see, KIDS that think they want these fantastic fish that eat live foods, they want to "watch the kill" buy snakeheads but then in time their too big, the kid is bored, other things in life are more interesting...
sooo they get dumped in lakes, streams, rivers and kill off all the natives.

also, consider the fact that a majority of illness thats in fish stores are in the feeder tanks.
you want to feed dirty crap fish to a prized beauty?
also, goldfish feeders are fatty and lead to liver disease/death...
