I think you will be fine.
Although I will suggest this....Go for a BOlivian Ram instead of a Blue Ram.
Blue Rams require more specific water parameters. They prefer softer water and a lower pH (unless bred into different parameters).
The BOlivian Ram is more flexible in the water you can keep them in.
My tank is almost stocked and I am just waiting to put 2 more bronze corys in before I go get my Bolivian Ram
