Bumping, huh? How long did you wait? It pisses some people off, so be wary.

I'd say you should buy it now. How many fish are or can be or will be pregnant, because it might be more prudent to get a bare tank and a spongefilter.

Regardless of what you do, move the female at least a week before the fry are due to reduce stress and make sure all the fish and fry stay healthy.

What i did is buy a 11$ 2.5 gallon from petco and get a pennplax sponge filter that suctions onto the glass...then add fine gravel and some plants and place it near your other tank if possible...so then when you find fry you scoop em up and place them into your 2.5 because breeder nets take up ALOT of room
