ive got crabs

im going to be ordering some hermits this weekend. what is the difference between dwarf hermit crabs and say scarlet red hermit crabs. BESIDES THE SIZE. is there really an advantage to buying the bigger ones? I figures that i wanted to go with the dwarf ones due to the amount im getting (75). or are the other hermits for cleaning crews not that much different in size. I just figured the big ones would eat the turbo snails more than the dwarf ones would

depends on what you have/plan to have in your tank. I went with scarlett reef hermits only cuz I've heard they don't eat the snails...I don't know if it's really true, but I went with them cuz of that, and i liked the red legs and yellow face

Why not get a handful of each, diversity is almost always better
