He's got a couple of tears on his fins from the ceramic media in the bottom of the tank, so I'm going to wash off some rounded pebbles and put them in to cover it all up for him.

Thank you! I may try and get a pic of him flaring if I can, but I'll have a find a hand held mirror first

Luckily, he seems to be enjoying eating the snail eggs in my tank, so hopefully we'll see less snails very soon!
