Its So Cute

As at 1746 GMT the 2ft is now empty of fish and plants, and will very soon be devoid of funky gravel too.

Slight side note,am thinking of dividing the substrate in 2,gravel one side, sand the other, anybody done it and does it work?

If I get the opportunity will post a picture of happy fish in non-funky tank later

Thanks for everyones words of "encouragement", :fun:

The saga continues...........

mmm half gravel half sand i thought you would have learned your lesson from the nasty jelly bean gravel

keep it simple and natural then you wont get bored of it after a few months

nice pleco he will love the tank when hes not stuck to a jelly bean

if you have half sand half gravel you may find it all gets mixed up as soon as you do a gravel/sand clean

The half sand/gravel idea though sounds nice is not practical,it becomes mixed too easy and too often.better stick with one or the other.Best of luck with the project.
