Its A Miracle But Stil Need Help

ibought 4 keyhles and then one day i noticed the bigger male disapeared i searched high and low and took everything out and nothing i gave up hope i thought he might of died and my shrimp took care of him....but 4 weeks (yes 4 weeks) later which was yesterday i found him layin on the bottom on his side still breathing, so i took him out and put him in t my tank up stairs into a breeder net thing so he is closer to the surface....iv added esha 2000 and shot some food in upped the aeration and hes now off his side but isnt swimmin much..... is there anthing to get his strength back up or save him.......thanks

How many gallons is the tank.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

Does he look bloated or thin.
What does it look like when he goes to the toilet.
Does he look pale or darker in colour.
Any sores or red steaking on his body or fins.
It could be a bacterial infection. But need to answer some more questions first.

200litres...fish are in the sig.....ammonia andnitrite 0..nitrate 10-15, ph 7.0
looks thinish probz cause he hasnt eaten much
hes got his stressed colours showin cause hes a keyhole
just one sore but looks like a white bit on his head ...not a lump or anything

Soak his food in garlic juice to stimulate his appetite and boost his immune system.

garlic juice...from like a supermarket or can you get a clove of garlic mash it up and soak the food in the juice that come sout ?, he wont touch flakes but he snaps up frozen brine shrimp before it hits the floor

iv taken him out of the breeding hatchery thing....and hes swimmin up and down the sides but tn rests on the bottom for a bit then he'l be off swimmin for a bit....darent put him in to the other tank as he may not stand a chance against my rams and agassizis just yet

He sounds stessed to me. Does he look pale, are fins clamped to his body.

So no improvement with the esha 2000 med.

nope...hes got his normal keyhole colours back and no clamped fins just looks like hes runnin out of energy

You really need an internal med. Not sure on the indgredients in esha 2000.
Does it say in the instructions.
