It's A Boy!

Here is a photo of my new little baby boy, He was in a tank of about a trillion male guppies, so hopefully he will be ok with my boy and 2 girl guppies ( Ihave a divider at the ready if not!)

So far he has settled ok and hasn't bothered with the others. He just likes looking at his reflection checking himself out.



It's not a great photo, but I will try and get a better one later when my battery has recharged.

I know...... I just saw him and fell in love.

I just had to have him, I guarded his tank so no-one else could buy him.

He is a gorgeous colour but I would use your divider as he will probably attack your guppies!!!!!

I was looking at the photos of the different types of betta and tried to work out what type mine was.

Is it possible he is a mutt..... you know, a bit of everything. I know his fins could be a bit raggedy because of how he has been treated, but I'm just not sure.

He is definitly a raggedy veiltail He's prob been fin nipped by the guppies in the store, once hes on his own his fins will start to heal, perhaps try some melafix for it

I think he is a mutt in terms of colouring

his fins are the same as my pet shop mut, turquoise blue with reddypink edges, but my guys body is yellow so i think he is cambodian with blue fins with a red wash, youre guy, hmmm I personally would call him pinky red with a blue wash, but he is a right mish mash, but verrry pretty

Yes I know what you mean..... I was looking at all of them in the shop and I was like..... I'll have that one..... and that one, that one and er that one...
My hubby doesn't even know about this one yet teehee!
