Is This Twitching Normal?

Here is a little clip of my red eye tetra and how he twitches. He and almost all the red eye tetra has done this since I fist got them 3 months ago.

Hi there,

Is that the only red eye in the tank? He could be displaying strange behaviour because he has no other red eyes/similar fish to interact with, also, they don't really enjoy very bright light without shade.

Yeah; I'd put that down to stress; get some more cover and some more red eyes (if you have the space) and it should be fine.

Thanks, I have about 5 of em and 2 others do that as well. I have gathered some information that it is how one stays afloat.
