I dont know if I read anything about this on the pinned topics, but are guppy fry first eggs and then hatch inside the mother and thats when you see the eyes? Someone told me that, just wanted to varify.
That is correct. Similar process in humans, though these fish do not develop an umbilical cord, and therefore feed on yolk sacs, which sometimes accompany them when they leave the mums.
That's essentially correct, however they have usually hatched well before you see the eyes. The eyes are most commonly a signal that they are well developed and ready to be born.
