hi all
i was in a nearby town to me earlier today and spotted an aquatics store so i went in for a nosey. the shop was not fantastic yet it was ok. a woman who said she had a albino red finned shark and some firemouth cichlids asked if dwarf puffers would be ok in her tank. the staff member then said that dwarf puffers would be fine with her fish:/ so she bought two i was wondering just out of curiosity is it possible to keep dwarf puffers with other fish.
p.s im not sure about the fish she had together to start with

I was under the impression they were too agressive and i thought they were brackish, maybe they aren't but im almost certain there agressive.

they are not brackish they are freshwater
but you are bang on about them being aggressive i realy dont believe it but the guy said that because of the size and temperament of the womans other fish they wouldnt be to aggresive

Dwaf Puffers are alot less aggressive than other puffers and should be ok together. The firemouths are aggressice but shouldn't be towards the puffer because it is, in my opinion, just like a catfish or plec. The firemouths shouldn't bother it.
