Is This Safe?

Everyday i scoop my two african clawed frogs into a jug to feed them bloodworm. I did this today and left them on the floor in the jug and i forgot about them! They were there for 30 minites but it usually takes
them 15-20minites to eat the food. I put my finger in the jug and the water was pretty cold compared to the tank. I put them in straight away. Am i harming my frogs by taking them out of tank everyday and feeding them? This is the only way i can feed them because they are so slow. I rarely net them so that their claws dont tear. I scoop them in a jug and lower the jug in the middle of the tank so they can swim out this way they are never out of water. Am i doing the right thing?

You might want to try and keep the same temp as the tank - like trying to find a way to float the cup or something. They might become stressed from the daily temp change in the long run.

I actually really like this idea. I'm planning on getting an ADF next week, and I'll keep the cup trick in mind if I'm having trouble feeding him.
