not sure, dont think so, cant really tell from that picture, needs to be in an upright position in a tank really... it looks more like cambomba or hornwort to me, but i wouldnt bet on it

get a better pic and then we will see :)
 
It's certainly not camboba, I have some camboba in the tank already. I guess it might be hornwort...I saw 1 picture where it looks like hornwort but I've seen pictures where it looks like Rotala Nanjensha. Plus it does root quite well, apparently hornwort doesn't?

Anything else people think it might be. I would take a picture, but I had a bit of an algae bloom whilst balancing how much carbon n fertiliser to dose. I'm just waiting for the clean growth to come through. And then I'll take some new picture. It may be awhile though as it's much slower growing that say....camboba. Which already has a good couple of inches of new growth.
