Is This Normal For Clown Loaches?

My 3 clown loaches have been chasing my fish around my tank. My guppies have been nipped and im not sure if its the clowns or the halfbeaks..what would have done it?

Just be sure each fish is getting enough food and hopefully they'll lay off the others. Also it's hard to say who could fin nip, watch your fish for a bit each day and this would help you see who is more aggressive.
