Is This Normal For A Gourami?

i have recently had a loss with one of my honey gouramis and it just layed on the floor all day. however every now and again, my red robin sits on the floor, is this just normal for them for them to do it every now and again? here are some details:

tank size: 48ltr
plants: live and 1 plastic
tank mates: 2 platys, 2 corys, 4 ottos, 5 neon tetras, 1 honey gourami
n's both: 0
ph: 7.5

doing daily 25% water changes everyday and am still treating with med for fungus infection (which i think the honey died for.)

just wondering if its normal for him to lay under the plant every now and so often. just incase. also the red robin (named robby) has no fungus on him thats visable.

Hiya,I find my honeys sit on the bottom sometimes,or in the plants.I believe they are just resting up.What's your filtration like?Mine is probably abit more current than they would appreciate in their natural habitat and I put it down to a bit of time out now and again.
I've had mine aroud 6 months now and they are healthy otherwise.
Oh,and I don't test my water so I can never be sure what one it is,but one of the n's should NOT be zero.
