Is This Normal Colouration?

Hi all,
Is this normal colouration in an Albino Cory? This particular one is very poorly at the moment & I'd like to rule out Velvet if possible. Can anyone help me out please?

its to dorsal fin is still up so dont look to bad

one of my albinos looks exactly like that
