My betta keeps going over to the filter and letting himself be sucked in, well not literally but all his fins are like stuck to the filter, not in the filter just on it....he can get himself free no problem at all, just worried the little guy might hurt himself, and having lost one already do not wanna lose this one, as he is a bit of a character!

Thanks

Debbie

Is there anyway you can lessen the flow of the filter so its not quite so strong? maybe he likes the feeling, lmao :hyper: why not try putting a plant right in front of the filter or something so he cant get to it as easily.

Mine does this too. Idiot fish seems to like it. I've since put a piece of filter foam across the inlet grid and this has lowered the suction power sufficiently that he can't get himself 'stuck'.

Hi

No I cannot really lessen the flow of the filter, and I am guessing he does enjoy the feeling!  Yep I have a few plants in there so perhaps moving a plant in front it might stop him doing it, although do not want to stop him pleasuring himself!!! :p :p
