That sounds good, except zebra danios do best in at least 3 foot, but 4 ft is much better, tanks. Id do something like this:

10 neons
5 guppies
6-8 corys as long as you have sand
Maybe some shrimp if you'd like!

And make sure your filter is cycled. Fishless is the preferred method here.

Danios like to have lots of space to dart and swim about so this is too small.
