Is this fish holding?

I have never had 2 or more cichlids of one species at a time until now, so I have never seen a fish 'hold' in person. I have looked at pics on the net, but still I don't know. Can someone tell me if this fish looks like it's holding or not?

Yeah, I figured she was after feeding last night. She came out of her cave to the surface, and looked at the food, but didn't eat. I'm sooooo excited.
