Is this enough light?

I have this Hygger light that I believe is 6000K. But I have a 20 gallon high so I’m wondering if it’s bright enough for plants at the bottom. It is also not stretching across the whole tank. If I need to get something else, can I get some high light suggestions?
I plan on having java fern, swords, pearl weed, ludwigia repens and some floating plants. It’s murky bc of the tannins. I have to do a couple water changes I know but I don’t want all the tannins gone. I am putting a betta in there.
