Is This Dropsie ?

Think ive found out whats killing my fish attached are some photos are these the symproms of dropsie ? have read several forum posts on it it sounds like it or the dreaded TB how common is TB is fish ? can shrimps catch any othe the above or be carriers of ?...If so whats the chances of human transference ? ive had a jab a few years ago.Sorry for photo quality gfs mobile phone.

Look like a bad bacterial infection in your tank, the fish had septicemia as well as the belly is red that soons kills a fish.
Fish tb they go thin or have bent spines if you have none of that i wouldn't panic.
How many gallons or litres is the tank, fulls stock list of fish.
And stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph.

That red on the riger barb is its bottom fin layed across its tummy.Tank stats are in my other post when i thought they was a killer in my tank,fish have only now started to show these symptoms after death.(post was killer on the loose) you gave me some good advice wilder its just irritating it went undetected for so long with no symtoms at death to give me any pointers now my 2yr old plec has gone a little lighter in colour.Im really worried.

Popeye and dropsy are related for the build up of fluid, i would add a bacterial med if you are still losing alot of fish.

loses have slowed down and have treated tank raised temp to 30c and will retreat in 4 to 4 days i think its a case of holding my breath and see what make it thru.Can shrimps contract it ?.

Can i ask why the temp is high do you have whitespot, as a high temp makes bacteria multiply faster.
Can't say about the strimp know nothing about them, ask in inverbrates about him.

Sorry wrong temp reading its 26c.Thanks wilder just gonna treat and ride out the storm now i think prey for the little critters for me !!! .man i feel so bad for not noticing anything earlier.
