ive never seen colour like that in an angel. looks suspiciously dyed to me .

Oh good ! It is a very personable and active little thing. Does it look like a Pearlscale ? I don't even know what to call it ....LOL.

Man Yea!!... I hav'nt got a pic of it (I'm sure someone can produce).... But it is a "sort of" transparent Angel with lots of red in it......(can even see the intestines) Pic someone????

Here's a pic of a Blushing Angel at my LFS.

I've taken many pics....any closer and it's blurry. It does show a brighter pink than actual because my camera is a Kodak and intensifies the color.

I was already looking for a Blushing Angel for the tank with no luck.....from the pics I have seen of them the pink is very light so I am stumped.

Having had a closer look at the Blushing pic and your Angel,..... I'm sorry, but in my opinion,.... Your Angel is Dyed!!

That angel is definately dyed.

Blushing angels do not get that bright a pink ever. Blushing means the gill plates are transparent and you can see the red gills through them, making them look like they are blushing.

:( I took it because I didn't want to bring the baby black one home alone and that was the only healthy looking one. I will keep it of course.....but will mention this to the owner as I was told the wrong info. Thanks.

Now, Faithee... you are not guilty of nothin.....it is a live fish, and you are the owner of it....

Dont feel bad....the fish needs a home just like others :)

Still i would be seeing whoever sold it to you and telling them they are misinforming potential owners
