Is this a sandstone?

Got this stone from a friend, but not completely sure if it's a sandstone. If so I guess it's a no for my 60L tank.
Anyone able to confirm?

I'm not an expert on this, but to me it appears to be dragonstone.

No not at all, the rock is safe to put in your tank

Sandstone is usually white and looks likes little grains of sand stuck together. If you pour some vinegar on sandstone or limestone, it should fizz and bubble. This is caused by a chemical reaction between the vinegar (an acid) and the calcium (a base) in the sandstone/ limesotne.
