Yes
If you look toward her anal fin there is a black spot called a gravid spot that is a indication plus you can tell her belly is larger than normal

Is she in a tank with a male?

She doesn't look pregnant. The gravid spot itself doesn't indicate a pregnancy to be honest. The gravid spot itself is just a piece of translucent skin or a piece of skin with a weak concentration of chromatophores (color cells). When a female guppy is pregnant, the belly area will grow which causes that the skin will stretch overthere. When skin streches, it beomes thinner. So, the socalled gravid spot will become thinner as well which causes a more seethru of what's inside. In this case, the developing embryos.

The body shape she's got right now, is a normal proportioned shape.

Most ovoviviparous and viviparous female livebearing toothcarps will show a gravid spot. Most will show it a couple of days after birth. But there are also females that show a gravid spot late. That will happen when the concentration of chromatophores is weak, which makes a visible gravid spot possible once the skin area close to the female's vent start to stretch. And third: There are females that will never show a garvid spot (so, also not when they're pregnant). This is because they have a too high concentration of chromatophores where usually the gravid spot is.

Hi, I've just replied on the poster's question. I just gave the correct explanation of what it means to have a gravid spot in a female guppy (or even any other female livebearer that shows a gravid spot).

There is also questions to be asked such as
• how long ago did you get her?
•when you got her if it was recent was there males in that tank?
•you probably don’t know the answer to this one but has she had and fry previously because they can store sperm?

When there is a male present, or has been present, then a female guppy is almost always pregnant, barring congenital reproductive issues or hormone treatment.
