Is This A Good Deal?

I am buying a 45 gallon tall show tank with dimensions: 30H 20W 18 Depth
 
It also comes with a kinda beat up wood stand. Is this a good price? It is used.

I'm such an idiot. The guy asked $75 but I talked him down to $65. Wooden stand and tank plus a light but I'm guessing it won't grow plants.

what light stand is it( Flourescent, led, bulb? ). Also, my wood stand is beat up and it holds my 55 Gal tank(700+ Ibs of weight) and it hasnt broken since adding the water and sand/gravel for my Cichlids ( dont have them yet )

That's pretty cheap in terms of fish tanks. Though, I don't know what tank prices are like in the states compared to the UK.

It's not a stand I guess it just goes on top of the tank. It looks like  a generic AGA so it's either flourescent or bulb.
 
@Techen usually fish tanks in the US that are USED are not worth how many gallons they are. 45 gallon brand new can be purchased for $45. Same with a 20 gallon, $20. Up to about 75 Gallons does that apply. I personally think it's a good deal.
