I ordered some plants off of eBay recently and although all the plants were healthy, some of them were just single stalks and were counted as one plant. :/ These ones didn't have any roots and didn't bury in the gravel either.

J4MES recommended plantsalive.co.uk and after taking a look at the site I was just wondering if anybody has bought plants from them before? Do the plants come bunched or as single stalks?

Also, £8.45 is quite good for a package of:
5 x Elodea Densa
1 x Aponogetum Crispus
5 x Elecocharis Parvulus (Dwarf Hairgrass)
10 x mini Amazon Sword
5 x Bacopa Monnerii
5 x Twisted Vallisneria
10 x Sagittaria Natans
5 x Rotalla Indica
5 x Hygrophylia Polysperma
5 x Cabomba Caroliana
5 x Ludwigia Mullertii
5 x Cryptocoryne Wendtii

..Isn't it?

I googled all of the plants last night to make sure I liked the look of them!!

That price sounds too good to be true to me unless they are very small plants. I would think an assortment like that would run close to $100. I will say that the hygrophilia will overtake your tank unless you really keep it pruned back. It will grow like mad. Someone once posted that if you can't grow hygrophilia, you shouldn't have plants. I would have to agree.

You can pick up deals on loads of plants at cheap prices on various internet sites! That's a good deal but not too different to some others on the web, par example. www.java-plants.com

I always use greenline aquatics for my plants, they aren't cheap but the quality is good which is what I'm most interested in. If it looks to good to be true it probably is and you do get what you pay for, £9 for all those plants seems dirt cheap so I reckon the quality is likely to be crap. It's only £9 mind so if you get 5 decent plants out of that I reckon youve done alright.

:good:
