I came home from work to find several uprooted plants and lots of bubbles round them,

I think its a bubblenest, and ive taken pictures as someone in my tank has attempted to make 2 different nests by the looks at it but didnt quite finish.

They probably aint bubble ensts but im new and i dont think i have anything in my tank that makes them (2 clown loaches, 2 neon blue dwarf gouramies (both males), peacock goby, red tail shark, 4 otts and a pair of Veighta (double red's) appistos)

unless its the appistos but i didnt know if they made bubble nests.

Lol not happy in that kind of way :) THey build bubble nests ready for the females to lay eggs in, but since you don't have females, no eggs.

The males will bubblenest even if there aren't any females around. They're just showing they're happy and "ready to go" so to speak.
It's perfectly normal. Both my male dwarf gouramis bubblenest constantly too. :)

ahhhh, lol i thought i ahd some odd appistos then!

maybe i should hunt around for a femal neon blue
