This chap was supposed to be an Emperor tetra and clearly isn't! Is he/she a blue tetra?

yes it is a blue tetra, the question now is which one
Mimagoniates microlepis or Boehlkea fredcochui
my money is on the latter as they are more common and bluer

Thanks. He/she looks almost silver normally, the colour seems to come out best when the lights are off. Very pretty fish.
