Is photobucket down?

I've noticed alot of imiges turning to User posted image text and I've not been able to get to my photobucket account or that of my lady love or even photobucket.com, is there anyone else with these problems, or am I uniquely disadvantaged (in yet another way)

i was wondering why i couuldnt see any pics. thought my computer was slow and when eventually it loaded i got the red cross.
