Is my tank overstocked?

As of right now I have

5- mollies, the sign said they get to be 2.5 in.
1- dwarf gourami
1- angel fish
3- zebra tetras
1- rubberlip pleco
1- african dwarf frog

Is my tank overstocked? Its a 20Gal. tank

I beleive angels need a bigger tank, but let someone with more experience tell you.
Everything else is fine, even room for small schoal of something

How tall is the tank? a full-grown angel needs a minimum 18" tall tank.

My tank is exactly 18". What is a shoal? Would an otto be okay?

Everything looks great except for the angel. Even if the tank is exactly 18', the angel will just get too big. It will fit in there by the scum on its teeth, wouldnt that be alittle uncomfortable?

But if you MUST, it will atleast live in there. It may not be the jolliest fellow, but he'll live.
