Is My Tank Overstocked?

I have 60L tank
2 female guppies
2 female plattys
1 male platty
4 glass fish
2 peppered corys

Oh and 2 guppy fry (the males died)

The corys are happier in a larger group, but you don't have room for any more.
The glassfish really need a bigger tank, so to answer your question, IMO you are overstocked

You are doing fine mrshunt. My usual response to someone asking Am I overstocked is to simply say yes. Almost any new person who thinks to ask has gone way beyond safe levels. In your case I must admit that you are still at a reasonable stocking level. It would be nice if you could add a few more Corydoras but as you have already determined, that would overload your tank.
