Is My Tank Overstocked?

Is my 64L tank overstocked? The stocking can be found below.

The reason I ask is because I'm going to add a shoal of microrasbora nana to my 30L, and should they cause problems, they'll go in my tank upstairs. Should it be overstocked when they're in there, I'll be doing water changes and keeping my eye on water levels anyway, I just wanted to make sure

I've actually decided against the microrasbora now. I was planning on getting them because my fish were staying low in the tank (I had only really just added them) but I see much more of them now, so nothing else needs to be added.
