Hi guys,
i have a 55 galloon tank with 2x25w tubes in (its a rena aqualife tank, with the standard tubes that came with it).. i have them on from 8 in the morning till 11 at night on a timer..
i've put in some root tabs and leaf zone to get my plants going a bit, i wonder if thats been helping the algea grow.. my cabomba caroliniana green is growing like mad, some of my other plants aren't do so well though.. i wanted to get the plants well established by the time i put fish in..
thanks for the help.. going todo a small water change just so i can clean the tank up a little bit..
