Im not entirely sure about my gravel

Its by FishrFun (I know, useless company, i realised too late)

Thing is, theyre little (3-4mm all around spheres) and contain some shell parts that are generally rounded.

Sometimes i come across the occasional point, but in general theyre all spherical, they also dont have that "rough" feeling, theyre relatively smooth, though ive felt smoother.

Will bottom dwellers barbels be cut on these kind of stones?

I'm not familiar with that particular gravel and couldn't find any pictures of it online. As a general rule, you don't want anything with sharp edges if you keep bottom feeders. It sounds as if it will be fine though. You might want to keep an eye on your pH though as depending on what the "shell parts" are, it could raise your pH.

I couldn't find what you are talking about either, but you should definetly moniter your pH because of the shell-type found in your substrate

I believe I have seen that product in PetsAtHome horrible product but the gravel I have seen I believe it not sharp so would be prefectly fine (assuming no sharp pieces)
have a sift through and see whats what and go from there...
